If your scooter of category A not clicking in the upright position, make sure you push the collar fully and hold it while unfolding. If this doesnt work, check for any physical obstructions, use force to make sure it clicks, or contact the customer support.

2. Category B/ Saturn won't Fold

There is not a common issue related to folding of Jetson Saturn. One problem users may face is that the button wont work or the stem wont unfold. 

To solve these issues, try these two things. First, make sure that the handlebar is upright and not turned. Leaned left or right. Make it straight and then try to fold/unfold. If it doesnt works or the button wont press, replace the button.

3. Category C wont Unfold

If your jetson scooter within category C scooters not folding/unfolding, dont worry. I researched user experiences that in some models within this category, the release lever, or the side latch, need to be pushed extremely hard. Jetson Jupiter especially has this issue in common, so dont worry about breaking the lever/latch, just push/pull it really hard.

4. Category C Handlebars wont Adjust

Many users have reported a common issue regarding the adjustment of height of handlebars of the scooters I included in the category C using buttons.

The problem often lies with the button deep inside the handlebar cavity, seemingly stuck due to wires from the lighting system getting jammed within the mechanism. To solve this, either adjust the light wires some way inside the cavity, or cut off the light wires and extract them out if you really need to adjust handlebars.

5. Jetson Orbit/Category C Nut/Screws Stuck in Handlebars or Not Sitting

In category C scooters resembling the Orbit in terms of mechanism of handlebars assembly, I researched that many users are facing this issue. The scooter comes with nuts and screws pre-tightened inside the handlebars before even fitting it inside the tiller and it is difficult to remove them from the handlebars.

To solve this issue, use extreme force. I observed many users forcibly removing the screws/nuts, and ordering or contacting the Jetson support for new ones if they get damaged. 

If the screws do not sit properly when fitting handlebars into the tiller, this is the fault from the manufacturers end. They didnt drill the holes accurately. Contact Jetson support in this case.

6. Folding/Unfolding takes Effort

Many Jetson scooters, such as Orbit, Mini, Gleam, Jupiter etc. use spring to help folding and unfolding with ease and less effort. If you are facing difficulty folding the scooter, you should replace these springs. They are located at the pivot points(points of rotation), generally in the folding mechanism.
